What changes the price
Fresh-flower volume
The biggest single cost lever. Concentrating flowers on one feature — the stage or mandap — photographs better and costs less than spreading them thinly across every room.
Stage span and ceiling work
A wider stage, a full floral canopy or hanging and drape work adds material and installation hours.
Venue access and timing
Load-in windows, ceiling height and what the venue allows on its walls all shape how a setup is built.
Custom fabrication
Printed backdrops, cut props and bespoke signage for themed events need extra days and materials.
Booking
Send your event date, venue and function. You'll receive a costed proposal, and the date is held once an advance is paid. We work across RT Nagar, Hebbal, Sanjaynagar, Sahakar Nagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, Frazer Town, Sadashivanagar; setups outside these areas are possible with travel charged separately.
