How early should you book a decorator in Bangalore?

The right time to book depends on the kind of setup and the season. A same-day bouquet and a four-function wedding in December are very different planning problems. Here are our current lead times.

Peak wedding season in Bangalore
November to February and April to May are the busiest months for weddings. In those months, book wedding decoration four to eight weeks ahead; off-season, two to three weeks is usually enough.
Booking early also locks flower prices before seasonal spikes, which matters most for rose-heavy and imported-flower designs.
What to send when you enquire
The event date, the venue name, the function, a rough guest count and one or two reference photos. With those, a costed proposal can be prepared quickly and the date held once an advance is paid.

Can decoration be arranged at short notice?+
Birthday and balloon decoration can often be arranged within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, and bouquets the same day. Weddings and hall setups need more notice, though a 48-hour rush is sometimes possible for smaller halls.
