Function Hall & Room Decoration
Function hall decoration covers the entrance arch, stage backdrop, ceiling drapes, aisle and table florals for a banquet hall or party room. A typical hall setup takes six to ten hours to install and is priced by hall size, flower variety and stage span rather than by guest count.
A hall is not a backdrop with chairs in front of it. It is a route. Guests arrive at a door, walk a length of floor, find a seat, and look at one point for two hours. We decorate in that order.
The entrance sets the palette. The aisle repeats it quietly so nothing competes. The stage resolves it — the heaviest flower weight, the deepest colour, the light aimed so photographs taken from the fifth row still read.
We install with the hall's own lighting on and off, because a setup that only works under our rig is a setup that fails at 8pm when the caterer dims the room.

Installation takes six to ten hours for a standard hall. We normally begin the morning of the event, or the previous night when the venue releases the room early.
Do you decorate halls you have not worked in before?+
Yes. We do a site visit or request photos and ceiling-height measurements first, because drape and hanging work depends entirely on what the ceiling will carry.
