Wedding & Engagement Setups
Wedding and engagement decoration covers the mandap, stage backdrop, entrance, aisle, reception seating and photo areas across all wedding functions. Multi-day weddings are designed as one palette with a distinct treatment per function, and are booked four to eight weeks in advance.
A wedding is not one event. It is engagement, haldi, mehendi, muhurtham and reception — and each needs to feel different while still looking like the same wedding.
We solve that with one palette and five treatments. The engagement gets the lightest hand. Haldi and mehendi take the saturated end. The muhurtham mandap takes the flower weight. The reception takes the light.
Fresh flower volume is the biggest cost lever in a wedding, and the honest advice is to concentrate it. One overwhelming mandap photographs better than five adequately-flowered rooms.

Questions
How far in advance should wedding decoration be booked?+
Four to eight weeks for peak season (November to February and April to May), and two to three weeks off-season. Booking earlier locks flower pricing before seasonal spikes.
How much does wedding decoration cost?+
Wedding decoration starts at ₹75,000 for a single-function setup. Full multi-day weddings with mandap, reception and entrance work typically range from ₹2,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 depending on fresh-flower volume.
Do you cover all wedding functions or just one?+
Both. Most clients book the full sequence — engagement through reception — so the palette carries. Single-function bookings are also accepted.
