What services does ZS Events provide?+
ZS Events provides function hall and room decoration, balloon decoration, baby shower and half saree function setups, birthday decoration, wedding and engagement staging, haldi and mehendi decoration, nikah and walima stages, bridal entry and doli decor, themed decoration, custom bouquets (car, hand, chocolate and cash), and traditional flower garlands including haar, chonda, gajre, kaleere and floral bangles.
Which areas does ZS Events serve?+
ZS Events is based in RT Nagar, Bengaluru, and serves RT Nagar, Hebbal, Sanjaynagar, Sahakar Nagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, Frazer Town, Sadashivanagar. Setups outside these areas are possible with travel charged separately.
How far in advance should decoration be booked?+
Weddings should be booked four to eight weeks ahead in peak season. Function hall and themed setups need seven to fourteen days. Birthday and balloon decoration can often be arranged within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, and bouquets the same day.
What does event decoration cost?+
Bouquets start at ₹800, birthday decoration at ₹3,500, balloon setups at ₹4,500, baby shower and half saree functions at ₹15,000, function hall decoration at ₹25,000 and wedding decoration at ₹75,000. Final pricing depends on fresh-flower volume, stage span and venue access.
Do you use fresh flowers or artificial flowers?+
Both, chosen per element. Fresh flowers are used for garlands, mandap work, bouquets and anything held or worn. Artificial and preserved flowers are used for structural backdrop work and outdoor daytime setups where fresh blooms would wilt within hours.
Do you handle setup and teardown?+
Yes. Every booking includes installation on the day and complete teardown after the event, coordinated with the venue's load-out window.
Can you work with a venue's existing restrictions?+
Yes. We confirm ceiling load limits, adhesive and nail policies, load-in timing and power access with the venue before finalising the design, since drape and hanging work depends entirely on what the structure permits.
Do you decorate haldi, engagement, nikah and bridal functions?+
Yes. ZS Events decorates haldi, engagement, nikah and bridal stages, as well as bridal entry and doli setups. Photographs of each are on the gallery page, grouped by function, and a single palette can be carried across every function of the same wedding.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer. The event date is held once an advance is paid, and the balance is settled as agreed in the proposal.
